Revista Evoxia is an open-access scientific journal aimed at disseminating academic and scientific works in its fields of interest. Access to the content is free of charge and intended exclusively for academic and educational purposes.

Authors retain the copyright to their works, allowing the journal to make them available under a Creative Commons license (usually CC-BY or CC-BY-NC, as defined by the editorial policy).
It is permitted to download, share, and cite the content, provided that authorship rights and the conditions of the applicable license are respected.

4. Responsibility of the Authors
Authors are fully responsible for the originality of their work and the accuracy of the information presented.
The submission of plagiarized, fraudulent content or material that violates third-party rights may result in the removal of the article and other applicable measures.

5. Responsibility of the Journal
Revista Evoxia and its editorial team are committed to scientific integrity and adherence to good editorial practices but are not responsible for opinions or data expressed in published texts, which remain the sole responsibility of their respective authors.

6. Privacy and Personal Data
The journal collects and stores only the minimum personal data necessary for user registration, article submission, and editorial communication, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD).
No data is shared with third parties without express consent.

7. Use of the OJS/SEER System
The Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform is used to manage the journal’s editorial process. Access by authors, reviewers, and editors requires account creation and authentication.
Users must keep their login credentials confidential and are responsible for any actions performed under their accounts.

Revista Evoxia reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, by publishing the updated version on this page. Users are encouraged to check this section regularly.
